Inkjet, giclee, whatever the name they really can be quite something. The R and D sunk into new ink and printing technologies staggers, and the results can be striking.

 

I use an Epson 3800 with K3 ultrachrome inks and print on a range of cotton rag and baryta papers, depening on the image. Not intended to compete with my 'precious' and very labor intensive alternative processes, they do have a unique and distinct look in their own right not acheivable by traditional methods.
