The decisive moment(s)

Fighting the recent spate of indecision mentioned in earlier posts, I struck upon an excellent workaround. Having to piss like a racehorse. I think that’s why I like photographing in the morning- most mornings I have to pee badly, and often, so I don’t waste a lot of time struggling to make a questionable photo work. All business.  And I think I finally understand where the racehorse expression comes from- the early dog walkers were astonished at my pace around this odd little local frisbee golf- and dogshit-course combo, aka Lincoln Park. All in all, little time was wasted.  Film on the other hand…

But I  love the decisiveness of this poplar sprout, growing absolutely nut-on the fence line. Like it so much, in fact, now I can’t decide what angle works better. Whatever.
